What is Partner Business Org (PBO)?

A Partner Business Org (PBO) is a special Enterprise edition Salesforce org provided to all registered salesforce Partners. PBO offers dedicated space for partners to showcase their apps, solutions and manage their relationship with Salesforce.

PBO also provides access to tools and resources designed to support partners business objectives. This environment is provided to help partners build, test, and demonstrate their solutions effectively.


Benefits & Features of PBO

  • Manage your own customers with leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities and custom objects.
  • 2 Enterprise Edition Salesforce Cloud/Service Cloud Licenses.
  • 10GB data storage.
  • Access Feature Management App (FMA) for managed packages and control features of subscribers.
  • Access License Management App (LMA) for managed packages and control licensees of subscribers.
  • Access Channel Order App (COA) for managing your package orders.
  • Access Environment Hub for managing scratch orgs, Partner Dev Orgs, Test orgs, or Demo Orgs.
  • Access to AppExchange Debugger to debug packages in Subscriber orgs.
  • Access to AppExchange Analytics for your Appexchange packages.
  • Option to purchase additional Salesforce Licenses if required.

How to get access to PBO?

By default Salesforce enables PBO to the org that you used to register as partner with Salesforce. If you are not sure or did not receive this benefit, then please log a case with Salesforce Support from your partner community account.
